All article submissions must be submitted to staff@speakupbeheard.com by 11:59pm EST during the last day of the month to be considered for that month's drawing.

All article submissions must be ORIGINAL MATERIAL related to health issues addressed by this website. See the Article Requirement Section Below.

All article submissions will need to pass a "quality filter". Those with low quality will not be considered for publishing or for the contest. This is to prevent junk-email submissions.

Upon submission, all articles become the property of Speak Up, Be Heard. We will be the final decision maker on whether an article is published on this website based on content, quality and overall usefulness to our community.

All received submissions that pass the "quality filter" will be considered in the random drawing for a free gift from the Speak Up, Be Heard website.

The winner of the montly contest will be announced in the first newsletter of the following month. If you don't already receive our newsletter, click here to signup.

Articles that do not win will still be eligible for publishing on this website and due credit will always be given to the author.

The contest winner will be able to select a prize of their choice from the Speak Up, Be Heard store up to a $15 value.

Article format is flexible, but must be about a serious health issue.

Article content must be original. Any attempt to pass off other's work as your own is strictly forbidden.

Article content should be in english.

Articles only intended for commercial purposes will not be considered. An unbiased product review is ok.

Article content can be an uplifting personal story, health tips, product/service review, or other useful material that will benefit our community.
